Simplifying change through clear communication and design
The Challenge
An outdated, inconsistent hiring system created inefficiencies across locations and confusion for HR teams and candidates. Once the new ATS tool was implemented, the change needed to be communicated in a way that would engage new users and ease them into a new system.
My Contributions
I helped support the Recruiting and HR teams by creating clear and well designed communications, as well as training materials for new users.
We developed clear internal communications, a new careers landing page, and custom training decks for HR and hiring managers to support adoption.
The Approach
The Outcome
Despite initial resistance to change, feedback following launch was overwhelmingly positive, with improved usability for both internal users and candidates.
